The Radio Science and Engineering (RSE) Track

Considering the enormous size of its industry and the far-reaching and penetrating impact of its technologies onto every single corner of our whole society, the career prospect of RSE engineers is the most promising and diverse.

Because the RSE technology is broadly utilized in broadcasting systems, medical applications, weapon systems and exploration systems as well as mobile phones and satellites. the RSE graduates typically go to mobile-related manufacturing companies or service companies such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, SK Telecom, KT and LG U+ as well as defense-related companies such as Samsung (now Hanwha) Thales and LIGnex1. Also they choose their careers in automotive-related companies such as Hyundai Mobis and Hyundai Motor Company or in government-sponsored research institutes such as ADD, ETRI and KARI.

Those who wish to deepen their knowledges in RSE technologies and pursue self-motivated researches in the RSE field strengthen their career competitiveness by going to the graduate schools such as Chungnam National University, KAIST, Seoul National University, POSTECH, GIST, DGIST and etc.

The Info. Comm. Engineering Track

Considering the enormous size of its industry and the far-reaching and penetrating impact of its technologies onto every single corner of our whole society, career prospect of InfoCom engineers is by all means the most promising, diverse, and dynamic.

Graduates can go to mobile communication companies such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, SK Telecom and KT, military related companies such as Samsung Thales and LIGNex1, Government sponsored research centers like ADD and ETRI, and public corporations like KBS and KT.

Large InfoCom manufacturing companies (including Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics) and InfoCom service providers (including KT, SKT, Naver, LGCNS, SDS) along with small-to-medium scale and venture companies are those industry sectors where most of our graduates are starting their thrilling career by making the most of the knowledge and the skills they have acquired in our InfoCom Engr. program. Public research institutes (including ETRI, ADD, KISTI, IITA, KOSEF, KEPCO) and public administrative agencies (KORAIL, KOWACO, KOLP) also constitute places where our graduates join at the start of their career. Those who wish to deepen their knowledge in InfoCom technologies and pursue self-motivated researches in the field can further strengthen their career competitiveness by advancing to graduate schools (CNU, KAIST, SNU, POSTECH, GIST).
