Information Communications Systems

  • The major of Information Communications Systems Engineering aims to lead researches on the core information technologies which are the basis of the competitiveness of the national IT industry, and to cultivate brains through such activities. The researches are focused especially on the study of infra-structures so that we may propose and implement innovative solutions.
  • To achieve such goals, our research and education areas includes air-interface technologies for next-generation wireless communications (4G mobile communication system, WLAN, WiMax, etc.), intelligent navigation systems, power-line communications, signal processing for communications, and RF circuit engineering, which are not exhaustive. For research and education meeting the contemporary demand, we maintain active cooperation channels with national research institutes, industry, and start-up companies.
